Throughout history, salt has been a source of status, conflict, and and wealth that drives commerce. Texas is fortunate enough to have major deposits of pure salt that have made it one of the largest suppliers in the United States of this precious commodity. Today we’re focusing on one of the most prominent suppliers of salt in the world, Grand Saline.
